By opening an account or placing a wager at Slots Palace you accept the agreement set out below, which governs registration, payments, bonuses and the resolution of disputes.
The agreement and who may enter it
Slots Palace is operated under licence number ALSI-202411077-FI2 granted by Anjouan Gaming (Comoros AOFA). These conditions form a binding contract between the licence holder and the registered account holder.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your place of residence. It is your responsibility, not ours, to confirm that participation is lawful where you are located; we may block access from any territory at our discretion or where a supplier's own licensing prevents distribution.
One account per person, household, IP address and device is permitted. Accounts must be registered in the holder's own name, cannot be sold or transferred, and duplicate registrations will be closed with any bonus-derived balance forfeited.
Deposits, withdrawals and verification
Funds must arrive from a payment instrument held in your own name. Withdrawals are returned to the original source wherever the provider permits it, which limits the routes available for laundering value through the platform.
Full verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is released. We may request identity documents, address confirmation and source-of-funds evidence at any later point, and payment may be held while such a request remains outstanding.
A wagering requirement attached to an active bonus must be met before a withdrawal can be processed; requesting a cashout earlier cancels the bonus and any winnings still tied to it. Dormant accounts with no login for twelve consecutive months may be charged a monthly administration fee against a remaining balance.
Promotional offers
Each campaign carries its own published rules covering the qualifying deposit, the wagering multiplier, the maximum stake permitted while a bonus is active, the maximum convertible amount and the period within which the requirement must be cleared. Those specific rules sit above the general wording on this page.
Game weighting differs by category: slots usually contribute in full while table games, video poker and live-dealer titles contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Playing an excluded title with bonus funds may void the balance derived from it.
Low-risk patterns intended to clear a requirement without genuine exposure — covering both sides of a table game, or exploiting a bonus-buy feature contrary to campaign terms — are treated as abuse and permit us to withdraw the offer and recover the associated winnings.
Game outcomes, availability and liability
Results are produced by certified random number generators operated by the game studios supplying our lobby. Where an obvious malfunction occurs, the affected round and any payout arising from it are void, whichever party the error would have favoured.
Service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages or security work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for a connection failure on your side, or for a wager you believe you did not intend to place once the round has been settled by the provider.
We may suspend or close an account for suspected fraud, collusion, abusive conduct toward staff, a breach of these terms or a legal requirement, in which case remaining deposits less any amount lawfully withheld will be returned.
Complaints, amendments and governing law
Raise a complaint first with support, which will acknowledge it and respond substantively within a reasonable period. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, the matter may be escalated in writing to management and thereafter to the Anjouan licensing authority.
These terms may be amended; a materially revised version is published on this page with a new revision date and continued use of the account after publication constitutes acceptance. The English text prevails over any translation.
The agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the licence, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
